Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Loved that the hotel was quaint and had accommodating staff at all times.

Appalling staff and decent location, perfect for me. The beach restaurant was really nice with a lot of meals in the menu. Relaxing drinks at sports bar, very good service. All in all an enchanting hotel and brilliant stay.

The bathroom I had was old.

i liked the place, it was clean & the staff were professional. the stay was pleasant because of the beautiful location of the property. also, a historic funicular was max 10 minutes walk to. the service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Interesting hotel where a rich breakfast was served. Rooms were luxurious and pleasantly decorated and bathroom was great-sized with jacuzzi. Beautiful garden and lovely pool. Besides, parking was available onsite. A stunning beach, ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING view.

Nice location and staff, I loved its essentials. The gardens were lovely here. There was a good restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Everything was first-class as always.

The breakfast was fine, the staff was efficient, the grounds were fairly clean. The luxurious room & big bathroom. Had warm drinks in the main bar. I could park the car on site. Very nice overall experience.

Saltburn pier and other places worth exploring were a short way from the hotel. We were happy to find Chocolinis 600 m away, where we could eat. The venue met requirements.

Don’t have any issues at all.
